About Our Classes

Our Mum & Baby Yoga classes are designed to provide a safe space for mums and babies to meet and enjoy a yoga session together. The yoga we do in this class is a gentle practice that tones the abs, builds physical strength but mostly, helps the body recover after birth.

The Lensbury Classes

Unfortunately we have to take a break with running the Mum and Baby Yoga classes at The Lensbury. But there is good reason why!

Lauren, our class facilitator, is pregnant and due in January and it's getting trickier for her to teach the class... We are running one more term of Baby Massage though, starting in November so please feel free to check out the classes below... We will be back in the new year, so make sure to sign up to the mailing list for more...
