Baby Massage - Spring Term, 5 Weeks

Service Description

Our 5-week Spring course is delivered by guided instruction and designed to teach mums safe and effective massage techniques to use on their baby. In addition to the benefits for your baby, our course also offers advantages for mums. By learning how to effectively massage your baby, you will gain confidence in your ability to soothe and comfort your little one. This course also provides a supportive and nurturing environment where you can connect with other mums and share your experiences and concerns. Our class is 1 hour long loosely broken up as follows: - 15 - 30 minutes of hellos, feeding and getting ready to massage with a cup of tea - 30 minutes of massage
