BABY YOGA
Our Baby Yoga classes consist of a delightful and gentle practice tailored for the tiniest yogis. It combines a lovely blend of movement, touch, and mum-bub bonding. Baby Yoga helps promote the development of infants aged 3 months to pre-walking, and promotes a playful exploration of movement and connection.
In a supportive environment, mums guide their little ones through a series of baby-friendly poses and other activities. These may include gentle stretches, joint rotations, and dry baby massage techniques, all carefully crafted to enhance flexibility, strength, and sensory awareness in your baby. The sessions can incorporate songs and rhymes (depending on how the babies are feeling), transforming the yoga experience into a joyful and interactive playtime.
Stay a while after, enjoy a cuppa, and allow your baby to explore the room on their own terms, with their new friends.
